Remanufacture
ACTRONICS is all about sustainable automotive component repair, the core business that defines our company. Our remanufacturing experts make sure car electronics function like new again. They conduct thorough tests, and preventively replace weak components to ensure the durability and reliability of each product.
Research & Development
Our R&D team is constantly looking for new ways to improve overhaul techniques, extend the life of electronics and implement new overhaul options in our processes. The team combines creativity and technical knowledge to create innovative solutions.
Customer Service
Our customer-focussed staff are always ready to answer questions and help with orders, quotes and after-sales support. We strive for an optimal service experience and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Within our customer service department there are employees from 12 countries and 9 different languages are spoken. So, we’re ready for a customer query from all corners of the globe.
Logistics
Our logistics staff ensure flawless handling of the automotive parts remanufacturing process, from entry to delivery to our customers. They optimise procedures, manage stock levels and coordinate transport, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
Data & Product management
Our product managers carefully select and develop a product portfolio of remanufacturing solutions that meet the requirements of modern vehicles. They analyse market needs, monitor trends and work closely with R&D and Marketing to introduce new products to the market.
Communication & Marketing
Our marketeers put ACTRONICS on the map within the automotive industry. With targeted campaigns and a strong online presence, they create awareness regarding the impact of our remanufacturing services. They also organise rallies and other events that are of key importance to our customers.
IT
Our IT experts provide a robust IT infrastructure that supports our business processes. They manage our systems, ensure cyber security and provide technical support. In addition, they constantly innovate to improve and optimise our digital capabilities.
Finance
Our finance department ensures our sound financial foundation. They carefully manage our resources, analyse financial data and report our performance. These strategic insights steer our course.
HR
