Tooling and Equipment
At ACTRONICS, we pride ourselves on using state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technologies to provide the highest quality services for the remanufacturing of the latest electronic car components. All tooling is development inhouse and specifically designed fit for purpose. This enables us to diagnose, repair, recondition and remanufacture a wide range of automotive electronic systems, ensuring that original manufacturer’s specifications are met or even exceeded.
We also use computer-aided design, simulation software and other advanced technologies to simulate and verify the performance of electronic systems. This allows us to identify issues and optimize the design of the original electronic components for enhanced performance and durability. In this way remanufacturing also becomes improving.
